The Golden Rule: Digital or Nothing
Do not buy paper tickets on the street. For AFCON 2025, 100% of tickets are digital. If a “tout” outside the stadium tries to sell you a physical ticket, it is a souvenir, not a valid entry permit.
All tickets are sold exclusively through the “Yalla” Official App and the web portal tickets.cafonline.com.

Morocco has kept prices accessible to ensure full stadiums. Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Exchange Rate: $1 USD ≈ 10 MAD | €1 EUR ≈ 11 MAD.

Note: “Category 1” seats are usually cushioned and centered. “Category 3” are plastic bucket seats or bleachers.
Step-by-Step Buying Process
Step 1: The “Yalla” Account
You cannot buy a ticket as a “Guest.” You must download the Yalla App (iOS/Android) or visit the web portal and create a verified account.
- Critical: Use your passport name exactly as it appears. Typos here will cause issues with your Fan ID later.
Step 2: The Queue & Selection
When a new batch of tickets drops, you will be placed in a virtual queue.
- Rule: Do not refresh the page. You will lose your spot.
- Selection: You can typically add up to 6 tickets per match to your cart. However, you cannot use all 6 yourself (see “The Fan ID Rule” below).
Step 3: The Payment (The Hurdle)
This is where international fans get stuck. The payment gateway often rejects foreign cards (Chase, Amex, etc.) due to 3D Secure protocols.
- The Fix: Use a digital bank card like Revolut, Wise, or Monzo. These have a much higher success rate on Moroccan e-commerce sites.
- Visa Priority: Visa is an official partner. Visa cards often have exclusive pre-sale windows (48 hours before general public).
Step 4: The Assignment
After paying, you don’t have “tickets” yet; you have “credits.” You must assign each ticket to a specific person’s Fan ID.
- Example: If you bought 4 tickets, you enter your Fan ID for Ticket #1, and email “Link Invites” to your 3 friends for the others. They must accept the invite in their own Yalla App to activate the ticket.
Troubleshooting: “Sold Out” Strategies
If the Morocco vs. Mali match shows “Unavailable,” do not panic.
- The “Resale” Tab: The Yalla App has an official ethical resale market. Fans who can’t attend return tickets here at face value. Check this tab daily at 10:00 AM (Morocco Time) when systems often refresh.
- Hospitality Packages: If you are desperate, “Hospitality” tickets (VIP lounge access) almost always have availability. They cost approx. $150–$300 but guarantee a seat.
